Wednesday Wellness Walk – Footprints to Wellness

 

We found walking on Wednesdays In the boundless quest for work life balance, Tony and I have learned the importance of consistency.  During our pursuit of personal and professional wellness we have targets and goals that are both beneficial to our relationship and to our health.

We go walking every Wednesday and we like to try different places every week.  This time we walked a couple miles at Redondo Beach.  The trick is to get into a routine and stick with it.

When we go walking we leave our cell phones at home and use that time to observe the beauty around us. On this walk we took in the sounds, the colors and the magnificence of the ocean, the way the horizon looks on the water, and the waves crashing on the beach.  We just like to soak up what’s around us and appreciate the scenery.
