Just giving you an update on the Grapefruit diet. So far so good. On day 7 I have lost 7 pounds so far. I have 5 more days to go before I go on my 2 day break from the diet. The diet isn’t that hard to follow. The part that is hard is when you work out in the field and have to get lunch from somewhere. I have figured it out. I keep a grapefruit in my car and get a salad or protein burger or two. Other than that it is pretty simple.
I hope to lose 10 lbs by 12 days.
